23 Baptisms in Hastings on August Bank Holiday
On Monday 29th August, Rev. Femi Babatola of the House of Hope Calvary Christian Centre, London baptised 23 people of various ages on Hastings seafront. The weather was cold but the sea water was quite warm.
The group were joined by Rev. Kenn Baird (National Leader), Rev Jeff and Fiona Knight of New Life Church, Hastings. Pastor Femi managed to talk Pastor Kenn into getting his feet wet and baptising some of the candidates. The event drew a number of passers by on the Promenade.
